This lab did made my new bridge that I have been wanting done for years. I went in for a custom shade and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I got a tour of what it takes to make teeth and how the process works, which was very cool! I couldn't be happier with the end product! Thank you all for the great work. -Bob

Great work done by great artists... The implant crowns are wonderful.. The shade matching for anterior teeth is outstanding.. I will only use IT lab for our patient and even myself.. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

The people that work here at Intelligent Touch are so kind and friendly. I had to drop off my retainer to get adjusted after my dr appt. While I waited they gave me a tour of their lab and walked me through the process of how an impression turns into a crown, denture, or a retainer. They showed me the multiple steps along the way. It was really cool to see that first hand, because going to the dentist you would never know what goes on behind the scenes. If I ever need dental work done, I will be making sure that it gets sent to I.T.D.L. Thank you all for your time!

I truly believe this is one of the best dental labs our office has worked with! We've had many emergency rush orders and without hesitation they will do everything they can to help us out. Our office has worked with many labs and Intelligent Touch is most certainly top notch! From quality of work to the friendly lab staff I couldn't recommend a better place! My advice is to give Mark a hard time when calling!

Our business has been working with the lab for 2 1/2 years and has never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, proficient, and stand true behind their work. We are impressed with their attention to detail and are efficient with turn around times. A wonderful example just the other day: We had a last minute rush case which needed back same day; it was picked up literally less than 10 minutes after I called and returned in less than 3 hours. My office would definitely recommend Intelligent Touch Dental Lab to anyone!

IT lab has always been very good about when I have to call and ask if I can short them on a turn around due to the patients schedule. I always appreciate how the ladies who answer are fun to talk to and we don't always have to be all business. It was especially wonderful to put a face to some of the names this year when I stopped at the IT booth at the Dental convention. Russ is always helpful when we have some crazy thing going on with removable. All in all the lab provides great customer service! Thanks Ashley for getting out extra Rx pads and boxes when we need them :-)
